Shipping and Returns
++ FREE Shipping is only on selected products within Australia there are a few products on our website that do still incur shipping costs and these shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. Most products have FREE SHIPPING in their description if they do not, you can check shipping costs whilst the products are in your basket using our shipping calculator prior to paying and checking out ++
1. Payment
Payment in full is required in FUL before dispatch or prior to FREE local delivery. It is our intention to ship orders within 14 days from receipt of your payment if it is going take longer we will email you. If you have NOT received your order witihin 14 days please contact us. Please be aware that shipping times on the shipping cost estimate are ONLY estimates, we are based in NSW Country and shipping times can take up to 2-4 days longer than the estimates given by Australia Post Website.
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in pack multiples.
2.4 All prices are invoiced per item inc GST, GST total is also shown on each invoice.
2.5 You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which we shall accept will be $10.00.
2.6 Charges will show on your Credit Card statements as Alternet Health and Detox, paying via PayPal Alternet Detox.
3. Shipping & Handling

3. Shipping & Handling
Be sure your that your E-mail address is correct.
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by Australia Post Parcel Post, however, we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means which would include sending in PREPAID Australia Post Satchels. Express Post Delivery (Satchel Uninsured) will be dispatch the same day if ordered before 12:00pm and Express Post Orders received after 12:00pm will be dispatch the following working day. Our FREE Shipping option is standard delivery NO Tracking, should you require a trackable/signature on delivery service please contact us prior to shipping to arrange and pay for this service.
3.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs and method of shipping unless otherwise stated. Naturhelix Ear Candles (Alternet Health and Detox) expressly reserves the right to amend your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that Naturhelix Ear Candles (Alternet Health and Detox) may debit your account accordingly.
3.3 You agree that freight charges automatically applied to your order may be varied depending on your delivery address. Delivery from our place of business to remote or international locations may incur additional charges.
3.4 Large items or bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.
3.5 You or your agent must be at your delivery address to take delivery of goods.
3.6 We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at your unattended delivery address or delivered to the carrier, regardless of the method of shipping. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the appropriate carrier. We will NOT accept loss or damage of goods in transit that have NOT been insured. Should you require your order insured please contact us prior to dispatch.
3.7 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a separate Invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been packed and processed. Orders should reach your door in approximately 10 business days or less, unless your item is on back order. If the back ordered item would take more than 30 days, we will notify you by E-mail. Usually back orders don’t take that long.

4. Returns/Cancellation Policy
4.1 We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods unless you advise us within 48 hours of taking delivery of goods.
4.2 We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the date on the invoice. Exclusions apply see (4.4a - 4.4b).
4.3 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them and our RAN please contact for this prior to returning as goods without RAN on the package will not be accepted.
4.4 We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.
4.4a Detox Foot Patches and Ear Candles because of Health issues these cannot be returned.
4.2 We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the date on the invoice. Exclusions apply see (4.4a - 4.4b).
4.3 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating to them and our RAN please contact for this prior to returning as goods without RAN on the package will not be accepted.
4.4 We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when supplied.
4.4a Detox Foot Patches and Ear Candles because of Health issues these cannot be returned.
4.4b Special Offers, Clearance or Reduced Price Items these items cannot be returned, ALL sales are FINAL.
4.5 Should you return goods not subject to clauses 4.1- 4.3 ( a ) we will require you to pay for the goods in full; (b) we will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all returns of goods supplied as ordered with the exception of Special Offer items these are Non-Returnable or Refundable all sales are FINAL
4.6 Shipping charges, Gift Wrap Charges & Paypal Charges are non refundable and a re-stocking/cancellation Fee of $15-00 will apply to all small orders (does not include Special Offer or Sale items, these items are Non Returnable or Re-Fundable).
4.5 Should you return goods not subject to clauses 4.1- 4.3 ( a ) we will require you to pay for the goods in full; (b) we will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all returns of goods supplied as ordered with the exception of Special Offer items these are Non-Returnable or Refundable all sales are FINAL

5. Customs & Import Duties
5.1 Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country. We do not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For further information on your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Please be advised that we will NOT accept responsibility for customers failure to check their countries restrictions prior to placing an order. All orders will still be subject to our "Terms & Conditions" if you fail to check Customs requirements prior to ordering - this is NOT our responsibility. Please ensure that you check ALL requirements prior to placing your order.
